God's Love Explained
Many people take God's love for granted and this can lead one to destruction, because by acknowledging his love that is when you receive your salvation.
Note: "the things you take for granted never works for you"
WHY GOD LOVES US?
JOHN 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - kjv
Looking through the bible one will realize that what we are shown is the love of GOD and the plan for redemption . When man fell in to sin, GOD did not give up on him but He still cared enough to want to reconcile man to Himself. That is where now we see GOD loving the world to an extent of giving His only son as a living sacrifice. The reason for all this is when man fell death came (Spiritual and physical ), we learn this from the book of Romans 6:23 which say "for the wages of of sin is death; but the gift of GOD is eternal life through JESUS CHRIST our LORD". Now from this verse we begin to get a clear picture why God's love. He is showing and giving his love through giving his only son to die so we can no longer die in our sins , but have life.
HOW TO BENEFIT FROM GOD'S LOVE
It is very simple to befit from GOD'S Love, the only thing you need to do is to believe. According to the word of God when you believe then you receive the following promises; (a) You will never perish ("perish" (Hebrew: avad, Greek: apollymi) signifies more than physical death; it refers to ultimate destruction, ruin, and spiritual separation from God due to sin.) (b) You receive eternal life (eternal life is not just an unending duration of life after death, but a present, intimate, and experiential knowledge of God through Jesus Christ.)
This a free gift of God’s divine life, centered on love, joy, and peace, which begins the moment a person believes in JESUS.
You can partake on by fait or total dependance on Jesus CHRIST the LORD and by diligently seeking him
Hebrews 11:6 - "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him"
